Delivery
All non personalised items will be despatched via 1st class delivery within 2-3 business days of payment clearing.
We endeavour to deliver your personalised items within 21 days of your payment clearing. If you require your items sooner please don't hesitate to contact us, as we will always do our best to accommodate deadlines. A great deal of care and attention to detail goes into all of our items, so be assured that we will never rush an item and will soon let you know if we are unable to meet your deadline.
Please note that once posted, We are not responsible for delivery times. We despatch most items via first class Royal Mail Delivery, which should take 1-2 days, however this is Royal Mail's responsibility and is something of which we have no control over. Heavier items such as the large photo albums and gift sets may be sent via another courier, which may then require a signature.
You can choose Special Delivery on all items, if you need them quickly. Please contact us before choosing this option on personalised items to ensure that we can meet your deadline. Please note that these items will need a signature upon delivery.
Although we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items, in the unusual circumstance that your goods have been lost or damaged during transit, you can either receive a full refund, or receive a new item PROVIDED that you return any damaged items to us with their original packaging as soon as possible in order for us to claim compensation. We will be unable to process your refund or make your new item until the damaged item is received. With lost items, you may simply be asked for confirmation from Royal Mail that your item has not been received. Again, we are unable to process a refund or make a new item until Royal Mail confirm that the item has indeed been lost and is not just late.
Postage and Packaging
We post to the UK and Internationally.All postage & packing / shipping prices, unless otherwise stated on individual items, are calculated by the weight of the gifts you are ordering.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns of personalised albums, guest books, jewellery or keepsake boxes unless we have made a mistake, in which case you can choose to either receive a full refund, or receive a new item.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling.
Prices stated at the time of ordering will be the amount due irrespective of whether prices increase or decrease after your order has been placed.
Payment
Can be made via paypal, credit / debit card or cheque/postal orders. Please read our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, you may be liable for the full cost of your order if production has begun.
General
Due to the handmade nature of our products and some of the materials used, designs, sizes and colours may vary slightly. We do not accept liability for any such variations nor for the effects of ageing upon the products or materials used.
Colours shown in images on this website are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the genuine article.
Our products and packaging may contain small parts and are not suitable for small children.
